Friday begins to question Henry Ross, a suspect in a man`s disappearance, which Friday believes is actually a murder. Ross coolly and calmly denies any involvement in the disapearrance, but Friday relentless interrogation soon begin to crack the man`s facade.
Cast: Jack Webb (Sgt. Joe Friday), Barney Pjillips (Sgt. Ed Jacobs), Lee Marvin (Henry Elsworth Ross), George Finneman (Announcer opening: uncredited) and Hal Gibney (Announcer closing: uncredited).
